Thirty-eight Salesian Clerics renewed their vows at Salesian College Dimapur, with Rev. Fr. Joseph Pampackal SDB, Provincial of the Salesian Province of Dimapur, as the main celebrant of the Holy Eucharist. The ceremony brought together brothers from three Salesian provinces: 6 from the Salesian Province of Guwahati, 5 from Shillong Province, and 27 from Dimapur Province.The renewal of vows marks an important commitment for the Clerics as they continue their mission of service to the young and the poor under the footsteps of Don Bosco.

Don Fabio Attard has been elected the 11th successor of Don Bosco, marking a historic moment for the Salesian Congregation. Bosco College of Teacher Education (BCTE), Dimapur, has secured a B++ Grade in its first accreditation cycle by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.86. Aimed at discussing the challenges and opportunities for rural development in Northeast India, the Department of Economics at Don Bosco College Itanagar organized a two-day national seminar on “Challenges and Opportunities for Socio-Economic Development in Rural Areas of Northeast India.” The seminar, which took place on February 7-8, was supported by ICSSR-NERC and Federal Bank.
