Doomdooma, June 5: In a remarkable demonstration of environmental commitment and community participation, Don Bosco Senior Secondary School, Doomdooma, under the able leadership of Dr. Fr. Amil Kujur sdb the principal of the school, celebrated World Environment Day 2026 with a series of awareness programmes, competitions, and large-scale tree plantation activities. The event, held from 8:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 3,008 students, 94 teachers, and members of the Past Pupils Association of Doomdooma, who collaborated with the school in organizing the celebration.
