Laying of Foundation for Spirituality Centre at DBVTC

On 31st January a significant milestone unfolded at Don Bosco Vocational Training Centre (DBVTC) with the blessing and laying of foundation of a new Spirituality Centre. Fr. Joseph Pampackal, the Provincial, blessed the site and laid the foundation stone, joined by Fr. Deli David, Vice Provincial, and Fr. Rajeesh Devasia, Economer, along with confreres from the Dimapur region. In his address, Fr. Provincial emphasized that this initiative addresses a critical need for the spiritual well-being of God’s people and shared that establishing a Spirituality Centre has been a long-standing dream of the province. Priestly Ordination of Rev. Fr. Kamei Singnaupou Fidelis SDB

The Salesian Province of Dimapur joyfully celebrated the Priestly Ordination of Rev. Fr. Kamei Singnaupou Fidelis, SDB, on 3 January 2026 at St. Barbara Church, L. Khunou (Namkaolong-1), under St. John Bosco Parish, Khoupum, Noney District, Manipur. The sacred rite of ordination was conferred by Most Rev. Dr. Linus Neli, DD, Archbishop of Imphal, in the presence of Salesians, religious, family members, and a large gathering of the faithful.
